The Yonex indoor badminton shoe SHB AERUS Z is Yonex’s lightest badminton shoe with great progress in terms of comfort and resistance compared to the 3 versions, while offering extreme lightness (250g) and greater flexibility. It makes no compromise on cushioning and foot support, ensuring the player: lightness, stability and an accurate fit.

The Power Cushion+ is designed to absorb the impact of the game without slowing down the speed of movement. It provides 28% more cushioning than the classic Power Cushion.

Excess weight is greatly reduced thanks to the new Feather Bounce Foam material, which greatly improves repellency and lightness while maintaining good cushioning. The repulsion power is transformed into propulsion as soon as you take your second step forwards.

The Yonex shoe is equipped with a Synchro-Fit Insole structure to ensure an optimal fit inside the shoe for more comfort and quality. This allows for a tighter fit between the shoe and the foot; keeping power loss to an absolute minimum for smoother movement and faster footwork. By holding the heel more firmly against the insole, the gap between the shoe and the foot is reduced. This will add comfort and ensure that the foot does not slide forward inside the shoe.

The high-strength rubber sole will extend the shoes’ lifespan. It also gives the shoe better grip on the ground (Hexagrip). For nimble and stable footwork, the Hexagrip pattern offers 3% more grip and 20% more lightness than the standard sole material.

The Round Sole technology in the sole is designed to provide support all around the sole for quick and smooth movement.

Synthetic mesh areas on the side provide improved ventilation. The durability of the shoe is improved on the front of the shoe and at the sole level. The front of the shoe is also reinforced to provide both support and flexibility to the foot.

Under the centre of the foot, in the sole and at the sides, 3D Power Graphite provides significant reinforcement to reduce shoe torsion.

Of course, there is also the Power Graphite Drive for optimal cushioning and the Synchro Fit will enhance contact between the sole of the foot and the insole to avoid energy loss when moving around.
